• Positif: The staff as usual are exceptional, very professional and always very willing to help. We really like the location and always enjoy our stay here.
• Négatif: I believe the very limited bar & beverage availability from noon to 4 pm is a dreadful service offering and in no way befitting an establishment that aspires to be 4 stars. The lack of restaurant service does not fit with the star rating. Who taught it was a good idea to run a happy hour at noon?

• Propreté: 7,5 Rooms are clean, and cleaned every day. The pool area could do with more attention. Lots of pigeon poo on the sun loungers which also have quite a few with broken wheels.
• Situation: 10 Perfect location adjacent to marina, close to beach and boat services. some excellent restaurants close by.

• Tranquillité: 10 The location helps with the lack of noise from local bars.
• Chambre: 7,5 Rooms recently updated, however there is now a lack of drawer space, beds very comfortable.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 As regular visitors we know the place very well and are happy with the charges per room. attention needs to be paid to the bar & restaurant availability as the service provided at the moment is not compatible with 4 stars rating & prices.

• Négatif: There was little space for clothes in the bedroom. It meant most of our clothes were left on the ground. You might consider more wardrobes etc.

• Positif: Spacious apartment and warm jacuzzi on the roof with nice views and it felt like our personal jacuzzi as basically nobody else was using it when we were. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to actually warm pool waters which is actually very rare anywhere in Spanish islands except personal jacuzzis.
• Négatif: Many things in the room were broken or broke during our stay. They were very quickly repaired but would be it seemed a bit that many guests before us just hadn't complained so we had to complain about many things starting with air conditioning and broken door handles, broken curtain, broken drying stand, broken electricity outlet, broken towel hanger in the bathroom and yeah, that was pretty much it :)
