• Staff: 10 Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Only problem was when I checked in. I had asked for early check in and felt that this was completely ignored.

• Location: 10 Near enough to walk to most places yet in a quieter location than the main Ramblas. Close to Metro station.

• Quietness: 10 Superb soundproofing from outside noise.
• Room: 7.5 Average size room but very tastefully decorated.
