This small farming estate is hidden in the Tuscan countryside, among the small roads that lead to unknown corners of the beautiful Chianti area, which have maintained their original features. During your stay you can explore the area to find the ruins of rural houses, ancient Churches, like Sant Appiano, and Medieval hamlets, like Linari. The farm itself is next to the church of Sant’Appiano, built in the 9th century it is the oldest medieval Romanesque parish church in Tuscany with fine frescoes and paintings by the Florentine school of Ghirlandaio and Giotto, a baptismal font in pietra serena stone and delicately ornamented pillars and capitals. The apartments include: two in the main farm; two in a house inside the hamlet; and four in a grange near the swimming pool.
