• Value for money: 5 I booked an upgraded room because it was advertised with wifi. When I arrived at the resort I was advised that there was no wifi. No apology or compensation was offered.

• Room: 7.5 Amplia y con mobiliario basico pero suficiente, aunque no le vendría mal una renovacion. En la TV se veian pocos cnales y mal.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool was nice and clean. The pool toilet was substandard. The Mexican bar was average. The beachside bar and food were average and the staff were not friendly.

• Value for money: 5 We flagged up that we are vegetarian. The vegetarian options at mealtimes were poor.
