Very close to the leisure and disco centre of Palma Nova/Magalluf. Cheapest prices in Palma Nova/Magalluf. Only 100 metres from the centre of the resort, and within 50 metres of Bananas night club and Bar Poco Loco. The golden sands of Playa de Son Matias, just 100 metres down the road, provide a superb place to sun soak, as well as an impressive range of water sports, including water-skiing, windsurfing, banana boats, sailing, diving, sea chariots and parascending. These apartments give you the freedom to do what you want. Opposite the Kensington are a supermarket and a bank, as well as plenty of local snack bars to tempt you with pizza, steaks and tapas-the local specially. The apartments are situated on the f1st and 2nd floors (there is no lift). Each apartment is equipped with: - Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, 2 electric rings and kitchen utensils. - Bedroom with 2 twins beds (90 x 190 cm), wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. - Lounge with 2 beds (80 x 180 cm), dinning table and chairs. - Terrace - Cleaning and change of towels every 3 or 4 days, bedlinen changed every 7 days.
