L'appartement se situe à Lezzeno, à 6 kilomètres seulement de Bellagio, le village touristique le plus connu du lac de Côme. Le propriétaire de l'appartement possédant également l'hôtel Aurora de Lezzeno, vous pourrez utiliser sans frais le solarium, les transats, les canoës et les kayaks de cet établissement. À quelques pas de la maison, vous trouverez plusieurs petits magasins d'alimentation et une pharmacie pour répondre aux besoins essentiels. Un bus vous emmène à Bellagio et à Côme. L'appartement est conçu pour accueillir 6 personnes. Au deuxième étage : deux chambres, l'une contenant un grand lit double et un téléviseur, l'autre des lits jumeaux. Cette dernière peut être transformée en chambre double.
