• Negative: La decoración y equipamiento, enormemente básicos. Aunque requiera una cierta inversión, recomendaría dotar a los apartamentos de más "gracia" y amabilidad hacia los clientes: cuidar las zonas comunes, añadir algún jardín, poner cuadros o elementos decorativos en el interior... humanizar un poco la estancia. El precio no es bajo, por eso sorprende esa falta de detalles.
