At the foot of the Esterel Massif and less than 500 metres from the beach, the residence is situated 3 km from the city centre. Set in a 3-hectare park planted with maritime pine trees, mimosas, oak trees and palm trees, Les Mimosas features 170 apartments, extended by a terrace and divided up into small groups. The outdoor non-heated swimming pool, sports facilities, boulodrome, sauna, hammam, bubbling baths are available at an additional cost. The laundry service is also at an additional cost. Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.
