• Room: 10 Rooms totally refurbished in 2021 and now have individual air con/ heating. They are really stylish and comfortable.
• Value for money: 10 Great value. Stayed her for 4 years now and really love it.

• Negative: La inflexibilidad para atender una petición que se había hecho desde el momento de la reserva, como era el hecho de poder salir a las 14:00 del apartamento, ya que una de las personas alojadas teletrabajaba. Antes de hacer la reserva llame al apartamento y me confirmaron que no había problema, hice la reserva y cuando llegamos al apartamento y ya la versión era distinta, solo era posible "bajo disponibilidad", tema que no me indicaron en mi llamada previa a la reserva. No hubo ningún tipo de empatía, ni de ganas de solucionar el problema por parte del personal hasta el punto que uno de los trabajadores de la recepción nos dijo que "Benidorm no era sitio para teletrabajar", cuando el propio apartamento había tenido una promoción comercial en este sentido no hacía mucho. Todo esto provocó que tuvieramos que dejar el apartamento una noche antes, por supuesto, sin reembolso posible. El parking un horror también y la ubicación regular.

• Staff: Not rated Salvo un señor de recepción, que el último día y a última hora, cuando ya habíamos comunicado que dejábamos el apartamento una noche antes de lo pagado, se brindó a valorar una solución. El resto del personal fatal, nada empatico y con cero capacidad ni ganas de solucionar las incidencias que se puedan producir.

• Positive: El apartamento en sí. Está nuevoy es muy confortable.
• Negative: Sólo hay dos ascensores para todos los apartamentos y servicio de limpieza y unos de ellos no va bien. A nosotros nos dejó encerrados a la bajada y nos volvió a subir a otra planta.
