This 4-storey residence with lift is located to the south of Saint-Malo, in Saint-Servan district, in the heart of an enclosed garden with trees and flowers. The nearest shops are 100 m away and the nearest beach 300 m. The residence is ideally situated between the harbour, the promontory of Aleth and the walled town. Visit the attractions of this famous seaside resort and enjoy a wide choice of activities throughout the year.
