• スタッフ: 採点なし I had made it clear the 3 nights we wanted to stay but at the end they accused of staying an extra night at the beginning,when we actually had been staying in the Upper Valley and had moved down to Vueltas on the Saturday. The woman I had dealt with on the Friday when we booked the 3 nights from Saturday was not there when the threatening behaviour from the son started and we could not talk to her

• 客室について: 5 View of a derelict apartment with no wall,full of rubble,not very nice. Security glass in living room door was shattered.
• 満足度は？: 採点なし It would have been cheap if we hadn't been forced to pay for an extra night which we did not stay. We had to pay to stop the aggression and intimidation. I was frightened.
