• Negative: Creo que haría falta más limpieza en los apartamentos. Cuando llegamos lo primero que hice fue limpiar todol los utensilios de cocina, y alguno dejaba mucho que desear. Del suelo también saqué bastante suciedad, creo que hacía tiempo que no se barría ni fregaba ese suelo. La mesa del balcón también dejaba mucho que desear... Y siendo un apartamento para 4 personas, únicamente había 2 sillas en el balcón. El aire acondicionado de la habitación "no funcionaba", pero si lo encendías directamente desde el split sí funcionaba. Conclusión...

• Cleanliness: 5 The bathroom was clean, but not fridge and kitchen. Furniture very old
• Location: 5 I choosed the location, so was what I expected.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Kitchen and fridge old and dirty. We refused to use it.
• Staff: Not rated The recepcionist was rude and her manners were the worst I have ever seen. She had a kind girl assisting her, learning I believe, but the eldest was their worst first impression you could ever have.
• Quietness: Not rated Our apartment was next to reception, so very noisy. Asked for a change with extra supplement and the receptionist (very rude) denied it.
• Room: Not rated Size of the appartment was ok, but the mattress was the worst I ever stayed at.
• Value for money: Not rated It was quite cheap, but pictures does not show what you will have. Customer service was awful. Even being cheap, it was expensive for what we had.
