Antico Uliveto is an organic farmhouse run by the family and situated in the Chianti area, between the beautiful city of Siena and the famous medieval fortress of Monteriggioni. We have 2 hectares of Chianti Colli Senesi vineyards, 300 olive trees, 15 hectares planted in wheat and buckwheat; hens and rabbits, a few beehives, a lovely fruit orchard and a vegetable garden round out our agricultural activities. Our goal is to give our guests a chance to make a more authentic vacation in a place where Tuscan traditions and the rhythm of the countryside still survive. Please, look for our Wellness Package for two nights stays. Your lodging, whatever you choose, is situated on a lovely hillside surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, caressed by summer breezes at sundown. Our style is country, both in the furniture and in the materials used in restoration; we don't have air conditioning because the thickness of the old walls creates a pleasantly cool temperature even during the hottest months; all windows have screens; the bathrooms are large and all have windows
