This beautiful old country house, built in the 17th century on the original unit of an ancient 13th century monastery, is only 2 km from the historical centre of Lucca. The hotel is composed of a central unit, where the owners live, and of small flats and rooms. All rooms have antique furniture and a private bathroom, as well as all modern facilities. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a children’s play area. It is possible to make use of the hotel’s bicycles without a charge and to use the internet. Thanks to the hotel’s ideal location, it is easy to reach the Versilia beach, the Alpi Apuane and Appennino Mountains and all the artistic towns in Tuscany, including Florence, Siena and Pisa.
