• Common facilities and services: 5 didnt use them
• Staff: 10 very helpful and friendly
• Quietness: 5 nothing of any bother
• Room: 7.5 superior room booked, it was very large, good ensuite facilities and double bed as requested ( they obviously joined the two twins which was fine)
• Value for money: 10 wher can you stay comfortably, safely, cleanly and conveniently for this fee...well done

• Room: 7.5 En dos ocasiones tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias porque se las llevaron y no las repusieron y también jabón. En ese sentido un poco descuidados.

• Cleanliness: 5 Floor was not very clean, the rest was OK.
• Location: 10 Near to the metro station Universitat, nice modern and safety quarter.
• Common facilities and services: 5
• Staff: 10 Staff was helpful and professional. They can speak English.
• Quietness: 2.5 Quarter is quite quiet at night, but walls between rooms are thin, so you can hear every word from neighbors.
• Room: Not rated Size of the room was the worst thing. The double bed was uselessly large and took most of space. Two people had serious problems to move in that room.
