  • Staff: 2.5 I requested a cup of boling water to make tea in my room but was told they could not provide this, even though there were facilities for them to be able to provide this to me, i.e. a staff kitchen.
  • Quietness: Not rated Staff on the reception desk talked loudly late into the night and early in the morning. Their voices carried across the whole hostal. Even when we asked them to quieten down they continued talking loudly late into the night.
