  • Positive: EVERYTHING..STAFF, ROOMS, SONIA AND TONI COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US... LOLY, R ROOM CLEANER, WAS SO THOROUGH, WE JUST LOVED IT ALL!

  • Location: 10 Location was the reason we chose to stay here, as i have oesteoarthritis and walking long distances is a no-no.
  • Common facilities and services: 10 FANTASTIC AND RATHER THAN HAVING TO "RENT' A FRIDGE, WE WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL FOR A FRIDGE FOR KEEPING WATER, MEDICATIONS ETC IN.
  • Staff: 10 SONIA, TONI, AND EVERY1 ELSE R SO ACCOMMODATING!

  • Room: 10 Even tho we wer 3 adults, we still had enough room to get ready, etc!
  • Value for money: 7.5 WE LOVE THIS PLACE, AND OTHER GUESTS WER SAYING THAT THEY PAID CHEAPER????

  • Negative: We booked directly with the hotel and the website offered a superior top floor room for booking directly. When we arrived we were told that no top floor room was available. I suggest they remove this offer from their website if they cannot guarantee to do this.
