Set in 120 acres of vineyard and olive trees, the hotel is located in a panoramic position near Frascati, in an area with a history dating back to 496 A.D. On the former site of Lake Regillo, where the Roman army won a famous battle with the help of Jupiter’s twin sons, the estate eventually became the property of the Pope and then of Prince Borghese’s family in 1714. Today, the estate is owned by the hospitable Giulini family, and has been renovated into a farm hotel, with 12 rooms, a restaurant, a large garden and an ample swimming pool; the ideal base for a memorable holiday in Rome. During your stay on the estate you can sample some locally made white and red wines, as well as extra virgin olive oil. All the rooms boast pretty views and a host of impressive facilities such as a bathroom and a TV.
