This charming building, dating back to 1700, is surrounded by a 100000 m² park populated by olive trees, and boasts magnificent views of Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley. Antico Casale, meaning Old Cottage, has been completely restored with the utmost respect for its original features: brickwork or stonework flooring, ceilings with exposed beams, original frescoes and fireplaces. The hotel is divided into 14 apartments, a large swimming pool with sun-terrace and a barbecue, a fully-equipped wellness centre and a large hall suitable for meetings. When you are not relaxing in the refined and tranquil environment, exploring the nearby cities or holding a conference in the 17th century hall with wooden-beam ceiling and terrace with lake view, you could allow yourself to be pampered at the wellness centre or enjoy a work-out at the gym. Golf-lovers can also make use of the 18-hole course located close to the hotel. The cottage is divided into 14 apartments, each made up of a double room and a double bed . All the apartments have a communicating door and can be combined to make either 4-bed or 8-bed apartments. Furnishings are elegant and refined, with embroidered fabrics, wrought iron tester-beds and Persian carpets. Some apartments have a small, private garden or a terrace.
