• Cleanliness: Not rated dust on the floor was both before and after cleaning, during one week napery was changed no one time
• Location: 5 near metropolitan station "Chatéau D%27Eau"(near entrance), not so far from Opera
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 not so far from supermarkets, cafe and restaurants
• Staff: Not rated hotel owner was beeing unfriendly during all time of our living there (without any reason), didn%27t speak English ; maid cleaned badly
• Quietness: 7.5 almost no outside noise when windows are closed
• Room: Not rated normal size, no amenities, usual view to street but I expect that room was redecorated 20 years ago
