• Positive: Location and front desk staff. Free internet in lobby was very handy and helpful.
• Negative: Broken elevator and marble flooring in room with no rugs or warmth.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 It was fine for us.
• Location: 10 Well situated. Quite central to loads of stuff.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 One of the two small, very small, elevators was out of service the entire time we were there and I never saw anyone working on it. The restaurant has short hours and the menu did not appeal to me or to my grown children. We left without ordering dinner.
• Staff: 10 Courteous and helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 Could hear other guests in the morning (especially) and during the day, but not at all at night.
• Room: 7.5 Room was fine for three adults, but nothing special.
• Value for money: 2.5 For four stars, it lacked a lot.
