• Negative: They would not let me cancel so I had to stay there. I left my St Christopher meadl there and havce written twice about it and they can't be bothered to respond. Also WiFi only in lobby not in room.. Only stay there if you have to.

• Quietness: 5 Hay mucho ruido exterior. No se puede abrir una ventana.
• Room: 5 La habitación está bien y es el único hotel que conozco que tiene luz estupenda para leer en la cama. Pero es todo muy pequeño.
• Value for money: 5 No me parece un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Pero no conozco el criterio de las estrellas.

• Staff: 7.5 En recepción me cobraron el 7% del IVA a parte cuando en en el precio que me facilitaron a la llegada ponía en la cartulina -ficha-claramente "IVA incluido". Conservo tal ficha para demostrarlo llegado el caso. Me pretendían cobrar 2 dias de parking cuando realmente dejé el coche en la calle.
