L'hôtel est situé à 1500m d'altitude, au Seignus, à la sortie du village d'Allos. Il se trouve juste après le petit pont sous lequel passe le Verdon. Le châlet L'Ours Blanc est au pied des pistes, juste devant les remontées mécaniques et à quelques mètres de l'école de ski. Vous pourrez pratiquer tous les sports de glisse: ski, surf, scooter ainsi que des randonnées en raquettes ou en ski. Voici pour l'hiver. Quant à l'été, c'est un tout autre programme: VTT, randonnées, tourisme, sport, baignage, farniente... Pour les passionnés de VTT, de très belles pistes balisées existent ; le départ des télésièges est juste en face de notre hôtel...
