  • Positive: La atención al cliente fué excepcional. Veníamos caminando en un programa de trekking (4 personas). El taxista que debía traer nuestras maletas desde el hotel de Cerbère se equivocó y las mandó a otro sitio. Los dueños del hotel se ocuparon de reparar el error localizando al taxista (el equipaje no era su responsabilidad). Para hacernos más cómoda la espera nos dieron albornoces y zapatillas para que pudiéramos ducharnos. La comida en el restaurante (Llançà Port) muy correcta. Detalles como estos marcan la diferencia. La habitación recién remodelada. Muy recomendable
  • Negative: Hay tramos de escaleras sin ascensor y eso lo hace desaconsejable para discapacitados

  • Positive: El trato de la recepcionista. Queríamos un tapón para darnos un baño y nos lo consiguieron, además, el día que nos íbamos (un domingo), nos preguntaron si íbamos a aprovechar el día en la playa, y que aunque teníamos que dejar la habitación a mediodía, tenían un baño con ducha que usamos a las 18 h sin que nos cobraran nada.
  • Negative: La habitación es correcta. Es chiquitita pero es que no es para hacer vida en ella. Es para disfrutar del entorno, en la habitación a dormir y a ...... (lo que surja je je)
