• Staff: 2.5 We were put in a different hotel the first night despite our reservation without any consideration or even kindness about how it was inconvenient for us. Desk staff not very service-oriented; very much below par for any level of hotel.
• Quietness: 2.5 You couldn't go to the bathroom without disturbing your partner - even if just to tinkle. Bad design!

• Location: 7.5 Alright, there are better hotels in the same location.
• Common facilities and services: 5 No service what so ever. Called the reception for iron and ironing board and they told me I had to come down and take it myself. The only have 2 bikes for all the hotel guests, not enough.
• Staff: Not rated No good service

• Room: 7.5 The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt very cheap. The room had only one smal window overlooking the a small dark alley. Very small wardrobe and cheap looking wardrobe.
• Value for money: 5 It felt like a cheap Ikea hotel.
