Built in 2007, Pian delle More is a holiday apartment complex renovated from an old 18th century Tuscan mill using ecological materials and ideas in the restoration process. Within a 30 km radius of the beaches of Follonica and Cecina and the historic centre of majestic Volterra, Pian delle More is just 10 km from the Tyrrhenian Coast. Near the centre of Sassetta (2 km), Pian delle More is surrounded by thick woods, ideal for picnics, trekking and biking. You will also find a horseback riding centre just 300 metres away. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday for the family with amusement parks and beaches nearby. Couples will also love the smaller apartments for a romantic country getaway and the larger apartments are also suitable for a group of friends. Designed and run by Lucia and Roberto, Pian delle More offers free Wi-Fi, free private car park, an on-site swimming pool for adults, a smaller pool for kids, open from June to September, and a children’s corner with crayons, games and hammocks. Roberto and Lucia will also suggest and book local excursions, tours and restaurants.
