This restored manor house is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, halfway between Florence and Siena. The hotel incorporates elegant Tuscan details, such as original frescoes, art work, antique furniture, grand fireplaces, extensive gardens and of course excellent food and wine. Guests can dine either in the Ristorante Vignale (in the main house), or at the nearby Osteria Le Braci (amid the grounds of the prestigious Castello San Donato wine estate). The hotel dates back to the 18th century and has been carefully restored, maintaining the atmosphere and charm of a country villa, whilst incorporating the services and facilities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Beautiful renaissance towns such as Siena, Florence and San Gimingmano are a short drive away, thus making Relais Vignale an excellent base from which to explore the delights of Tuscany The hotel offers a variety of rooms and suites each with their own individual charm and character. The 42 rooms are divided between classic doubles, superior doubles, deluxe doubles and suites. All of the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, each one unique and furnished with period furniture.
