The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near one of the liveliest square in the city, Place Grenette, at the foot of the Massif de la Chartreuse. Le Grenette was built in 2007 and it features 65 fully-equipped apartments, including apartments with easy access for the disabled, a meeting room, and a breakfast room. The Residhotel is located right in the city centre, near the train and bus station and numerous shops. The apartments are all fully-equipped with a living room area with sofa bed and kitchen area with electric hobs. They feature single, double, or pull out beds, and some even have a balcony.
