• Positive: - Great view from the apartments - Great VIP area - Elevator to use for all levels
• Negative: - Wifi was continously disconnecting. - Untamed bushes/greens outside the apartment windows, so you were unable to look outside and open the windows because of the dirtyness as well. - The breakfast buffet was continously out of food and plates and pigions were running around near the food, which is super unsatisfied. - No information book or sheet in the apartment and misguidence regarding the cleaning of the apartments. - The apartment only had the most nessecary cooking tools, but no knifes, chopping board etc. Not even when speaking to the receptionist who promised us additional tool we didn't get any. - In the apartment kitchens there was lots of ants which was near impossible to get rid of. - An awful smell of sewer in the bathroom, you didn't feel clean after a shower - the water smelled as well. - Great focus on wearing masks, but when you go to the VIP area there's no soap in the toilets, which is super non-hygenic. - VIP is closed two times a week, makes no sense for the rest of the guest not to use it. We have been to Riosol many times, but due to all the above statements and poor service this was the late time we visited, unfortunately.
