• Situation: 10 Beautiful location, really quiet but close enough to several restaurants for a choice of places to eat.
• Installations et services: 7,5 Everything we needed apart from a bar. Brilliant breakfast buffet.

• Tranquillité: 10 Wonderfully quiet which was what we wanted. Could just hear the ocean from our balcony.
• Chambre: 10 Perfect, everything we needed (although we could have done with some cushions on the sofa). Plenty of space and well equipped. Good balcony with beautiful views.

• Négatif: Prenotata camera per 3 adulti. All’arrivo, alle 2 di notte, troviamo la camera con letti doppi e basta. Alla nostra richiesta di dove fosse il terzo letto, ci viene detto di usare il sofà, non divano letto, oppure una branding portatile che ci viene consegnata alla reception. Ci siamo dovuti fare noi il letto è nostra figlia di 18 anni alta quasi 1,80 mi ha dovuto dormirci per 9 giorni... anche gli asciugamani erano solo per due persone, ma il giorno dopo li hanno aggiunti. Inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare un giorno in più di cassaforte, 2 euro

• Positif: Good service quality of the staff; beautiful, friendly, bright rooms with balcony (Junior Suite), modern furnishing style, good mattress quality; beautiful, spacious and quiet hotel complex; select and varied breakfast with regional standards, e.g. Spanish cheese and meat selection, antipaste, churros; included sports activities such as yoga, spa use, etc.; restaurant services of a very high quality and pleasant ambience; live music events in the evenings on Christmas holidays and kept pleasantly decent; hotel guests are very pleasantly situated;
• Négatif: Two single beds put together in the bedroom, which slip easily, the single beds are very narrow; provision of kitchen sponge with kitchen cloth would be desirable;

• Propreté: 10 Cleaning is done 5 days a week, cleaning quality is good;If anything is needed outside the cleaning days, just let the reception know;
• Situation: 7,5 Accessibility with public Global Airport Bus is very good and stop with other bus lines to other places in walking distance; small beach area with elevator and small supermarket easy to reach; accessibility of localities outside the small village by foot a little difficult, as there are no really developed footpaths;
• Installations et services: 10 Furnishings in basically good condition, sports facilities in good order, spa and fitness facilities of good quality for a hotel, but do not expect the offer of an animation hotel; in average very good service quality;
• Personnel: 10 strong willingness to help with queries and requests;
• Tranquillité: 7,5 quiet complex, one can indeed hear the traffic from the main thoroughfare, as the complex is located above the road, but it is not too dominating; hotel structure is, typical for the country, a little bright, but due to the pleasant and well-situated guests, this is not a problem;
• Chambre: 10 bright, spacious rooms with modern and friendly furniture as well as balcony with table and chairs, small kitchen equipment with refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave available; air conditioning available in living room and bedroom; a small sponge with kitchen towels would be desirable;
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Prices over the Christmas holidays somewhat expensive, but nothing surprising; overall very good ratio between price and service offered;
