• Positive: Service staff were friendly and helpful in some ways. Room is clean. Location is good, within walking distance to Metro and supermarket, further up is Galleries Lafayette and Printemps.
• Negative: The lift was brokendown on our arrival and we had to climb up to 5th floor with our luggages with no help given! But at our request, they quickly move us down to a much lower floor the next day. And the lift was fixed. There is no mini fridge in room.
