• Cleanliness: 2.5 When we entered the room was clean, nothing to say about that. The problem is that the room was not cleaned anymore for the following 6 days. Only once (day 3) an additional towel was provided.(Towels write never changed. When we arrived there was only 1 towel each. Day 2 I asked for a second towel and they grave it to me at the reception. Day 3 the cleaning lady added another clean towel each without removing the previous ones). No cleaning at all on the floors during our stay.
• Location: 7.5 Very good place in Arrecife.
• Common facilities and services: 5 A part from the terrace there was a common coffee room where the reception was. However, we found it by chance because I asked the receptionist on day 3 if that was a common area and he said yes, we can use or for having breakfast. Only at day 3. He didn't tell us anything at the beginning.
• Staff: 5 Staff was ok, just not very pro active.
• Quietness: 2.5 You could hear everything from one room to the other. Luckily it was very quite outside
• Room: 5 View on an internal backyard, so quite ugly. However..room was basic but functional
• Value for money: 7.5 Stay was cheap. That's a very good point for people like me that spend most of their time outside and just to sleep at the hotel.
