• Staff: Not rated After my arrival no staff person went with me to check the room. This was without electricity. After calling, the receptionist went to my room to verify if the room was without electricity (he didnt believe me). The next room had a lamp over the bed in dangerous conditions. I request another room change. I feel discriminated by the male receptionist because I'm from latin american.

• Positive: la buena gestión del personal, la habitación y el spa.
• Negative: Llegamos una de las noches a las 23.00 horas y la habitación estaba por arreglar, sin haber sido limpiada, el baño mojado, las camas por hacer... Nos quejamos en recepción y nos enviaron a alguien de servicio para asearla y recogerla. Tuvimos que abandonar la habitación y esperar en el bar. A petición nuestra, nos invitaron a unas bebidas cortesía del hotel por las molestias.
