• Positive: que estaba en el centro de Madrid
• Negative: la habitación era bastante puequeña, cuando llegamos no tenian aún ninguna habitación disponible y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora a que nos dieran una. Cuando entramos y nos fuimos a duchar obrsevamos que habia una gotera en el baño, justo encima de nuestras cabezas

• Cleanliness: 2.5 el baño en concreto, en la rejilla de ventilación colgaba una pelusa de mas de 5 centimetros
• Location: 10 en plena gran via
• Common facilities and services: 5 y esto va solamente porque el desayuno fue bastante bueno y completo, ademas el personal era agradable
• Staff: 10 el recepcionista ( Javier) y la plantilla en general fueron bastante agradables
• Quietness: 2.5 se oia hasta el más minimo ruido por el pasillo
• Room: 5 vistas excelentes, el estado algo deteriorado, habitacion pequeña y en la que te asabas de calor, el aire acondicionado removia el aire caliente de la habitacion
• Value for money: 2.5 te cobran como un 4 estrellas cuando apenas le daria 3

• Positive: la localizacion en el centro turistico de Madrid. Las vistas y la habitacion. La amabilidad de las personas de recepcion del spa. La amabilidad de las personas de recepcion del hotel el primer dia, luego ya cambiaron las personas y no fueron tan amables
• Negative: en los 5 dias que estuve en el hotel solo funcion internet via wifi 1/2 dia. Me decian que lo arreglaban pero no lo hacian. para conectarme tenia que estar de pie al lado de la puerta de los ascensores del segundo piso

• Positive: It was within walking distance of all major historical sites. The breakfast was incredible. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant and profressional.
• Negative: they don't have a health bar or refreshment bar in the spa. Spa is what you pay for - 18 euro for an hour and a half of access or if you are a guest of the hotel, 25% off the normal rate. Would have been a little more enjoyable to enjoy a glass of champagne and lounge.
