"Sentimos mucho que su estancia en nuestro Hotel no fuese totalmente de su agrado y que la temperatura de ambiente le haya resultado incómoda. Nuestras habitaciones disponen de termostato independiente para que cada cliente puede programar, dentro de un rango entre 19 y 23º, la temperatura más adecuada e incluso se puede apagar totalmente. Agradecemos sus comentarios que sin duda nos ayudarana mejorar el servicio y tomaremos las medidas necesárias para evitar este inconveniente en el futuro. "
