• Cleanliness: 7.5 Me molestó que hicieran el aseo cuando tomabamos desayuno ya que teníamos nuestras pertenencias sin guardar. El aseo debe hacerse sin el pasajero en el hotel
• Location: 10 Excelente ubicacion, a una calle del metro y a 10 calles de la Torre Eiffel
• Common facilities and services: 5 Agradable cafeteria para tomar desayuno pero el servicio de internet es pesimo
• Staff: 2.5 El personal no habla nada de español, me fallaron al tomar un tour (se equivocaron de agencia y perdí mi tour al Palacio de Versalles) y no respetaron mi reserva de tranfer al aeropuerto.
• Quietness: 5 Por estar en una habitacion hacia la calle, mucho ruido por las mañanas
• Room: 5 Pedí una habitacion doble con 2 camas y me entregaron 1 cama matrimonial y 1 cama pequeña, lo que reducía mucho el espacio. El closet era muy pequeño
• Value for money: 7.5 Creo que pueden mejorar mucho sin necesidad de gastar mas.
