Created within an ancient dwelling dating back to the early 17th-century, the villa offers a tranquil setting, with panoramic views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The villa’s position allows you to enjoy long walks in the grounds, or borrow a bike, scooter or horse to explore further. A swimming pool, tennis court and Italian bowling court are also available in the grounds. In addition to this, in Villa Casalecchi is a thriving farming community with vineyards, olive groves, corn fields and sheep and pig farming all situated in various outhouses. These local products are used in the restaurant so that you can sample traditional, freshly prepared, local cuisine. There are 16 rooms in the main building and 3 apartments in the former stables. All rooms are furnished with either original antique or antique-style furniture.
