• Cleanliness: 10 The hotel appeared very clean, with daily maid service.
• Location: 10 Very easy to get around from the hotel - Las Ramblas just a short walk away and a good tube linking you to most out of town areas only a few minutes too.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Daily newspapers and magazines. A bar would have been nice and a place to have meals other than breakfast.
• Staff: 7.5 always willing to help.
• Quietness: 10 we had a room at the back and at the end of the corridor so it was quite quiet but we heard others comment on noise.
