  • Positive: El castillo es muy bonito y el servicio de restaurante es aceptable.
  • Negative: El ajardinado exterior está seco y descuidado. El personal es escaso, el servicio de bar para llevar a la piscina tardó como 20 minutos. Arañas en las habitaciones. Ropa de cama que no llega a cubrir el colchón. La cafetería cerrada la mayor parte del tiempo, desde recepción avisan a algún camarero para que la atienda. El restaurante es bueno, pero caro. Deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene, y más si se compara con otros establecimientos hoteleros ubicados en Salamanca.

  • Negative: cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, la nº 14, el suelo estaba helador y la escaleras,como había llovido , estaban llenas de agua y no se recogió en los tres dias que estubimos.
