• Cleanliness: 10 The room was spotlessly clean.
• Location: 10 The hotel is very close to the centre of Elche and has its own high class restaurant (we did not use it as it was not suitable for vegetarians).
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very nice swimming pool with sunloungers. Decent breakfast although the Spanish teabags were unpleasant.
• Staff: 10 Impressed that all staff we encountered spoke good English.
• Quietness: 10 Very peaceful in our room despite all the weddings and celebrations going on nearby.
• Room: 7.5 Due to its position it was quite a dark room but very comfortable and nicely furnished. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities but then we are British!
• Value for money: 7.5
