• Negative: pequeños detallitos: sería bueno una cubeta en la habitación (además de la del baño) para la basura. También sería bueno percheras para las toallas trás la puerta del baño. Durante el dia es dificil pedir algo en la piscina, pues hay pocos camareros/as.

• Common facilities and services: 5 We asked to have a taxi pick us up at 1.45 on the day of departure. We only got athe taxi at 2.05 after reminding the front desk personnel about it twice. They didn't seem to be bothered by this.
• Staff: 7.5 All garden staff was excellent, front desk and bar staff were average
• Quietness: 7.5 Very good during the week, much more noisy on the weekend
• Room: 5 Room was good but very dark. Would be nice to have a little patio or place to sit outside the room.

• Negative: En la cena romántica, la enorme cantidad de entrantes, como si la cantidad iba a compensar su (desafortunadamente) medicore sabor. La merluza deliciosa (plato principal), en el postre pasaba algo similiar que con los entrantes. Es demasiado cargado servir una crema catalana de nata, encima de una salsa de chocolate derretido y con una bola de helado de chocolate encima. Sugiero algo más liviano incluyendo fruta fresca en companhía del chocolate.

• Negative: Perder media hora al tener que ir a recepción a pedir toallas para la piscina, cola interminable, una sola persona en recepción para atewnder entradas, salidas, clientes in house, teléfono... mala gestión. Posterior c/o con cola interminable. Mismo problema, una sola persona trabajando. No está a la altura de 4* a nivel servicio ni de lejos.

• Staff: 2.5 Los empleados todoa correcots en su servicio, pero muy mal gestionado por parte de dirección. Temporada alta hay que contratar a mas trabajadores.
• Quietness: 2.5 Niños escandalosos en la zona de la piscina, pero mas escandalosos sus padres. Nadir de los empleados puso remedio
• Room: 5 Olor a cerrado al entrar.
• Value for money: 2.5 113€, solo alojamiento, muy caro para el servicio ofrecido. No pasa de 3 estrellas.
