• Positive: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the decor was modern. I liked that the floors were not carpeted. For the rate, I thought the room was very nice. Also, compared to some other hotels I have been to in Europe, I thought the airconditioning worked exceptionally well here. Also within walking distance to Atocha.
• Negative: A more up-to-date TV would be a nice addition.

• Negative: The hotel is quite far from the city center. Rafael Atocha railway station is a 15-20 minutes walk away. Booked a junior suite with jacuzzi, but this was just a bath tube with some tiny bubbles - not at jacuzzi. The breakfast was very expensive, and we were not aware of the price in advance.
