• Quietness: 2.5 L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas bonne, les portes claquent, on entend la salle de bain et la télé de la chambre voisine et nous étions face aux ascenseurs donc beaucoup de va et vient. Il faudrait au moins une porte supplémentaire entre le couloir d'entrée de la chambre et le lit.

• Positive: Balconies overlooking the street and nice modern room, we were in Ramblas hotel as problem with Ambassador but we used both hotels and both were excellent although the staff were exceptionally helpful and nice in Ambassador.
• Negative: Disappointing initially to find out we were in a different hotel to the one we booked but worked out in the end.

• Room: 5 There were large patches of damp (now dry) on the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. It was unsightly and made the room feel slightly run down. A quick coat of paint would have solved it, which makes me feel the hotel does not care too much about its guests.
