• Staff: 7.5 About the only hotel I stayed in during my 9 days in Andalusia where the staff spoke English!
• Quietness: 7.5 Was on the 5th floor which may have helped but considering that it was Semana Santa I could hear very little noise from outside, some inside from other guests
• Room: 7.5 Adequate for a single person
• Value for money: 10 Was the best hotel I stayed in during my stay in Andalusia. Paid peak rate but it was still good value
