• ここが気に入らなかった: Air conditioning being turned off due to the time of the year. Our suite was too uncomfortable to sleep in. The patio outside door had to be kept open all night to allow cool air to enter for the children's comfort. The air conditioning bring turned off at the beginning of October needs to be mentioned on your website.

• 騒音について: 採点なし Unfortunately due to other guests not being respectful we did not sleep very well, had to complain on one occasion. Doors need oiling ie room 204
• 客室について: 2.5 Compared to what we were expecting from internet pictures the room was very small. Having booked months ahead we were told by the Spanish girl on the desk (who incidentally did not give us out complimentary champagne!) that we should have requested a terrace if we had wanted one on booking.
• 満足度は？: 採点なし Overall we felt that for the money we paid we should have got a lot better ...no tissues not even a bottle of complimentary water ...all a bit poor.
