The historic home of a Galician aristocratic family, the “Pazo do Río” opens its doors to welcome today's visitors who wish to enjoy the best of the past. This is an architectural resort where you can sleep like a king and enjoy traditional Galician cuisine whilst at the same time having instant access to A Coruña and its environs. The resort is an unusual mixture of traditional Galician architecture, which combines harmoniously with apartment building of an avant-garde design. Two atmospheres that merge and blend in the “Pazo do Río” hotel, meeting the expectations of all types of guests. The management of the Hotel Monumento Pazo do Rio, located in the parish of Santa Eulalia de Liáns, Montrove, Oleiros, informs you that on 30th September 2005, after rigorous assessment and inspections, our hotel was certified with the “Quality Tourism Q” by the Spanish Quality Tourism Agency at a meeting of the intersectorial committee, thereby becoming the only hotel in the area of La Coruña that has the distinction of being a Hotel-Monument (resolution of the Directorate General Of Tourism of the regional government of Galicia on 10th January 2005) as well as a “Quality tourism ‘Q’” establishment, making it the second hotel in the whole of Galicia with such a distinction. And the Valle Inclán restaurant has received a 3 forks rating.
