"Apreciada Sra. Fernández, Hemos revisado su reserva y el tipo de habitación que usted contrató es una habitación interior de 15m2. En lugar de eso desde recepción se le hizo un cambio a una categoría superior, asignándole una habitación estándar (18m2) ya que vimos que iba a estar alojada varias noches y pretendimos que estuviera más cómoda durante su estancia. La medida de las 2 camas individuales no son de 80cm, son de 90cm x 190cm que es la medida estándar en habitaciones con dos camas. En cualquier caso siempre que nos solicitan un cambio de habitación por preferencia del huésped no tenemos ningún inconveniente en realizarlo. Si bien a veces el mismo día de llegada no es posible si está el hotel completo, como muy tarde les confirmamos el cambio para el día siguiente por la mañana. Después de cada registro realizamos una llamada a la habitación del huésped para garantizar su satisfacción, esta llamada la realizamos a todas los registros realizados antes de las 21:00 ya que después de esta hora entendemos que el huésped lo que desea es descansar y no ser molestado. En cualquier caso pueden encontrarnos en recepción durante las 24h del día para atenderles. En todas las valoraciones destaca siempre nuestro trato personal hacia el cliente, usted misma puede leerlo en otras críticas de nuestro establecimiento. Una vez más lamentamos profundamente que no haya tenido una estancia del todo satisfactoria. No dude en contactar conmigo para cualquier cosa que necesite. Reciba un cordial saludo, S. Toronjo "
